Jakarta, January 26, 2024 \u2013 In line with the development of the digital economy, Politeknik STIA LAN Jakarta held a Knowledge Sharing event with the theme \u201cTalent Development to Meet the Digital Economy.\u201d This event took place in the Multipurpose Room of Politeknik STIA LAN Jakarta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main speaker in this event was Dr. Rahmah Ismail, MBA, who served as the Human Resources representative of the Malaysia Industry Development Authority. In her presentation, Dr. Rahmah shared insights on the relationship between technology, human resources, and processes, emphasizing the important role of artificial intelligence in that dynamic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This knowledge-sharing session set out some expected outcomes to enhance talent development in the digital age:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Talent with Digital Knowledge: Emphasizes the importance of equipping talents with fundamental digital skills to thrive in the modern world of work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Structured and Practical Development Approach: Advocates a systematic and practical development approach in line with the demands of the digital economy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Real Work Experience and Opportunities: Encourage the integration of real work experiences and opportunities into talent development programs to bridge the gap between theory and practice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Enabling Talent to Adopt Data-Driven Skills: Focus on instilling data-driven skills in talents, enabling them to manage and utilize large amounts of data in the digital age.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Instilling Leadership and Strengthening Technical Skills in 4WRD Industries: Recognize the importance of leadership skills along with technical expertise to thrive in the Industry 4.0 era.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Showcase Technology Skills and Knowledge: Provide a platform for talents to showcase their technological skills and knowledge, encouraging a culture of innovation and continuous learning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. New Talents for New Norms in the Face of Industry 4WRD: Preparing talents for the \u2018new norm\u2019 by aligning their skills with Industry 4.0 requirements, ensuring they can contribute effectively in the ever-evolving industrial landscape.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
